# Terms of Service

**1. About us.** homerservices.shop is operated by HomerServices ("we", "us"). Full legal information is available in our Legal Notice. Contact: homerservices@proton.me

**2. Acceptance.** By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal page. If you do not accept them, do not use the store.

**3. Eligibility.** You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase. You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address that you control. You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used.

**4. Products.** We sell digital products only: software license keys, account access and related digital goods. No physical item is shipped. Product pages describe the edition, region, platform and duration of each product. You are responsible for checking compatibility with your system and region before purchase.

**5. Prices and payment.** Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers (card processors, PayPal, cryptocurrency gateways). Card payments may require 3D Secure authentication. We never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment is received.

**6. Delivery and proof of delivery.** Products are delivered electronically to your order page and to the email address given at checkout. Delivery is complete as soon as the product is made available on your order page or sent to that email address. For each order, we record the date and time of payment and delivery, the IP address, the email address, the device and browser used, and the moment the product was viewed. You agree that these records constitute proof of delivery.

**7. Immediate delivery and withdrawal.** By ticking the box at checkout, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started (see our Right of Withdrawal page).

**8. License and use.** A product grants you a personal right to use it under the terms of its original publisher. You may not resell, share or redistribute a product unless you are part of our official reseller program. We are not affiliated with the publishers whose products we sell; all trademarks belong to their owners.

**9. Prohibited use.** You may not use the store for fraud, use of a payment method that is not yours, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or any illegal purpose. We may cancel orders, refuse service and block access in case of suspected fraud.

**10. Support first, disputes second.** If you have any problem with an order, you agree to contact us first at homerservices@proton.me or on our Discord (discord.gg/homerservices) and to give us at least 72 hours to resolve it before contacting your bank or payment provider.

**11. Chargebacks and payment disputes.** If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or for a product that was delivered and working:

- all products from the order may be revoked or deactivated;

- your access to the store and our Discord may be permanently blocked;

- we will submit our proof of delivery, your acceptance of these Terms and your checkbox consent to the payment provider;

- we may seek recovery of the amount and of the costs caused by the dispute through any legal means.

**12. Warranty.** We guarantee that keys are valid and unused at the time of delivery. If a key does not work, follow our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, are not affected.

**13. Liability.** To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or problems caused by your hardware, software, or by the publisher of the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

**14. Changes.** We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force on the day of your order applies to that order.

**15. Governing law and disputes.** These Terms are governed by French law. Before any other action, contact us at homerservices@proton.me or on our Discord (discord.gg/homerservices) so we can find a solution together. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
